Bicycle Deliveries
Our qualified mechanics fully assemble your new bike, lubricating all necessary components and tune the gears and brakes. They then repack your bike with recycled packing material so your bike is in pristine condition when you receive it. All you have to do when you receive your brand new bike is refit the handlebar, saddle, front wheel and pedals (if supplied).
We prefer to use FedEx (formerly TNT Express) for all bicycle deliveries. We believe this is the most reliable and safest way to send your new bike.
All orders are sent out from our Prahran, Victoria store. Delivery duration varies based on your location and chosen shipping method. In-stock items usually reach you within 1 to 5 business days.
We use Australia Post for almost all Parts and Accessories deliveries, while we use FedEx (formerly TNT Express) for bikes and bulky items delivery.

Delivery Times
Some items are shipped direct from our supplier (Supplier – Ordered Stock) to the address provided, speeding up the delivery time. If the item ordered is not in stock and needs to be shipped from our store, the delivery time may take an extra 2-4 days. Bikes are always pre-assembled and shipped from our store located in Prahran.
