These sports gels feature:
- Natural flavouring - with real berries, limes or espresso
- 25.6g carbohydrates - compact carbs, with long chain sugars for long-term energy lasting over 40 minutes per serve, plus short chain sugars for that initial burst
- 30mg caffeine (Lime / Espresso) - for an extra kick of energy and focus. Please note, the Lime flavour has no added caffeine.

SUGGESTED USE
Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise, up to a maximum of 10 servings per day.
