We are trying our best to get bikes processed as quickly as possible however please allow 7-10 days before you receive your tracking information. We fully assemble your new bicycle before shipping; we will tune and check all components then pack it into an oversize bike box with plenty of protection! Handlebars are kept on the stem to keep the internal cables in tact. This does make the box almost 2mtrs long, costing more to send. Freight charges are calculated as door to door home delivery. More affordable freight options are available when shipping to a business or pick up from your local depot. Please call if either of these options work for you.

Built and packed by our expert mechanics

Once your bike is ordered with us one of our expert mechanics will fully assemble your new bicycle, lubricate all necessary components and tune the gears and brakes.

If your new bike is being delivered we will then pack your bike into a bike box, with extra packing for protection. All you will need to do once you receive your new bicycle is refit the handlebar, saddle, front wheel and pedals (if supplied).

For the perfect suspension setup, you should add volume spacers to the shock and tall riders may need a longer-travel dropper. Then, at the very latest, both beginners and experienced eMTBers will be able to play almost everywhere with the JAM². This bike is just as versatile as a keyboardist – a good one at that."
